The short version
You buy a copy, for you
Use it forever, on your own devices, with no account and no subscription. Do not resell it, give it away, or put it inside something you sell.
What you make is yours
Everything you type into a product belongs to you. We claim nothing over it, and we could not read it if we wanted to: it never leaves your browser.
If it does not work, say so
Write before anything else. Most problems are a file opening in the wrong app and take two minutes. If it cannot be fixed, you get your money back.
Who you are dealing with
The products are made and licensed by Lua Dias LLC, Alpharetta, Georgia, United States, trading as Lua Dias Studio.
The payment itself is not with us. Checkout is handled by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record and appears to you as Link. That means Stripe is the seller of record for the transaction, charges your card, calculates and remits any tax, issues the receipt, and your card statement will show LINK.COM. The licence to use the product, and everything in these terms about the product itself, is still with us.
What you are buying
A licence to use a copy of a file. Not the software itself, and not a subscription: there is nothing to renew, nothing to cancel, and nothing that expires.
Each product ships with its own licence, in the file called 5-LICENSE.txt inside the zip, and that licence governs what you may do with it. It is written in plain language, it is short, and it is the document that counts. These terms do not restate it, because two copies of the same rule drift apart and then nobody knows which one applies.
The parts that are the same across every product, so you know before you buy: you may use it forever on devices that are yours, inside your own household, and print whatever it produces. You may not resell it, rent it, give it away, repackage it, bundle it into something you sell, upload it anywhere others can download it, remove our credit, or claim you wrote it.
Price, tax and delivery
Prices are shown in US dollars. Tax is added or included depending on where you are and which currency you pay in, and it is calculated by Stripe from the billing address you give at checkout.
Delivery is immediate. The moment the payment completes you get the file on the thank-you page, and the same link by email. That link works for one year. Once the zip is on your machine it is yours and keeps working whether or not this site exists; the one-year limit is on the link, not on the product.
Lost the link before downloading? Write to support and we will send a new one.
Refunds
The refund terms differ by product, and the one that applies to yours is in that product’s 5-LICENSE.txt. Some carry a stated window; others are sold as final, which is ordinary for a file delivered instantly. Check before buying if it matters to you: it is stated on the product page and in the file.
Whatever the product says, two things are always true. First: if the file will not open, does not work as described, or you got the wrong thing, write to us first and give us one message to fix it. Nearly every time it is the zip still being zipped, or the file opening in a text editor instead of a browser. If it genuinely cannot be fixed, you get your money back.
Second: because Stripe is the merchant of record, you can also raise a refund with them directly, and Stripe can issue one within 60 days of the purchase in certain cases, with or without us. A refund returns the tax you paid as well.
Free products
Some products here cost nothing and need no checkout, no email and no account. The same licence rules apply: they are free to use, and still not yours to redistribute. If you want to pass one on, share the link to the page, not the file.
Free does not mean unsupported. If it will not open, write to support.
Your data and your content
Every product runs entirely in your own browser and makes no network requests at all. Whatever you write in it is yours, we claim nothing over it, and we never receive it.
That has one real cost, and it is not a formality: clearing your browser’s site data erases what you entered, and we cannot recover it, because we never had it. Every product has an export button. Use it from time to time.
What the site itself collects, which is a separate and much smaller question, is in the privacy policy.
What we do not promise
The files are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Lua Dias LLC is not liable for any loss arising from using them, including loss of data you entered.
If you are a consumer, you may have rights under your local law that cannot be signed away. Nothing here is meant to limit those, and where local law gives you more than this page does, local law wins.
Products can change or stop being sold. A product that stops being sold keeps working for everyone who already has it: nothing here depends on a server we could switch off.
Support
One channel, for everything: luaimagined.com/support. A real person reads it. Stripe may also contact us about a payment question of yours, and may issue a refund if we do not answer them in time.
Law, and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of your own country.
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it. The terms that apply to a purchase are the ones published when you bought. This version is from 4 October 2026.
