It will not open
Unpack the .zip first, then double click the file whose name starts with 1-OPEN-ME. Opening it from inside the zip, or from a phone, is the usual cause. The file 3-HOW-TO-OPEN.txt in the same folder walks through every case.
Your work disappeared
Everything is stored by your own browser, on your own device, and clearing site data erases it. We cannot recover it, because it never reached us. If you have an exported backup file, use IMPORT.
Refunds
Write here first and say what went wrong. Most problems are a file opening in the wrong app, which takes two minutes to sort out. If it cannot be fixed, we refund.
